OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:

MusicOpps.com is currently pitching high-quality tracks for inclusion into a top-tier commercial library. The firm is seeking new faces, new sounds, and emerging artists for both current and future advertising projects across TV, streaming and other various forms of multimedia. Client spots include, but are not limited to Apple, Netflix, Google, Aston Martin, Nike, Foot Locker, Toyota, Puma, Subaru, Louis Vuitton and more.

MusicOpps.com staff will be pre-screening qualified acts for ingestion as new music into their production repertoire. Music supervisors at the firm pride themselves on working with real acts, touring bands, up and coming artists, producers, songwriters and independent artists. Authenticity in brand marketing is their goal. Music supervisors are considering high-quality independent artists, publishers and composers with commercial-ready songs that can compliment any type of mood or scene. Both vocal (male and female) and instrumentals are welcome. The firm hires from within, if they like an acts sound, they may offer custom commercial music projects at their discretion.

GENRES ACCEPTED: 
Not genre specific. All tempos, moods and styles are welcome. Soundscapes/Sound Effects are welcome. FX Tracks must be a minimum of 1:30 in duration. Strings, Heavy Bass, Horns/Brass, Electric Guitar, Synth, Vintage, Folk, Hip-Hop/RnB, Dance, Folk etc. are welcome. All moods will be considered.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for commercial play.
- Tracks must be appropriate for public performance.
- No re-titles or uncleared samples.

COMPENSATION: 
Licensing rates or per-use payment structures will be offered by the production company/library executives and determined by duration of track usage, placement in the production, and act/artist draw (MFN clauses apply). Library/catalog terms are all non-exclusive. Upfront sync fees will vary based on the project. Royalties will be paid via your P.R.O. or as negotiated on a project basis. Terms of compensation will be approved, negotiated and mutually agreed upon by the copyright owners and the company in writing once final tracks are approved.

MusicOpps.com does not meddle in contracts, communication or any financial transactions. MusicOpps.com only curates top lists for the Music Supervisors and rights managers first-round for their consideration. If selected by MusicOpps.com staff, your professional contact information and streaming links will be passed along directly to all deciding parties to finalize the transaction.

SUBMISSION PROCESS: 
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by MusicOpps.com staff. All tracks that match the quality control and submission criteria will then be passed along to creative firm decision makers for consideration. If selected by the Execs, MusicOpps.com staff will then provide contact information and instructions on how to complete the process directly with the production team.

Music Opps does not take cuts from sync licensing payouts. Artists/Representatives are responsible for their own financial transactions, contracts, taxes etc.

There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the submission fee listed below.

NOTE: Even if you are not selected for this opportunity, you may be considered for future licensing.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- A streaming link of your song (for producers to stream). No file-delivery or FTP links.
- Lossless audio file (WAV/FLAC/AIFF, etc.) and metadata (once selected for catalog ingestion)

SUBMISSION FEE: $15.00 per song
