MusicOpps.com is pitching tracks to an NYC-based Music Supervisor seeking a fast turn-around replacement for an in-production commercial. Music Supervisor requested an up-tempo, high-energy pop/rock/top 40 sounding instrumental for immediate commercial licensing. The energy and mood should embody the following; youth, vitality, prosperity and the spirit of freedom on the open roads.SUBMISSION DATES:

GENRES ACCEPTED:
Not genre specific. All tempos and styles welcome that fit the mood and feel. Music Supervisor is open to contemporary and retro style final mixes. Execs are seeking something fresh that "jumps out".
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for commercial play.
- No re-titles or uncleared samples.
- BI usage, must have .WAV and access to Stems if requested. Editors may opt to cut-down or edit for application in and out of context.

COMPENSATION:
Up to $10,000.00 USD (MFN clause applies, Most-Favored-Nations) all-in for a one-time, non-exclusive commercial license.
Licensing rates or per-use payment structures will be offered by the Music Supervisor and determined by duration of track usage, placement in the production, and act/artist draw. Terms of compensation will be approved, negotiated and mutually agreed upon by the copyright owners and the commercial entity using the track in writing once final tracks are approved. MusicOpps.com execs neither take part in the final process, nor handle any financial transactions of any sort.
Details, deal memos, terms and conditions will be provided to those who make the final cut. MusicOpps.com does not meddle in contracts or any financial transactions. MusicOpps.com only curates top lists for the Music Supervisor's consideration. If selected, your professional contact information and streaming links will be passed along to the deciding parties to complete the process. Music Supervisors will reach artists and representation directly if interested.

Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by MusicOpps.com staff. All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to Music Supervisors/final decision makers for consideration. If selected by Music supervisors, MusicOpps.com staff will then provide full artist contact information and instructions on how to complete the process directly with the production and legal department.
