Get Your Music on a Resort Getaway Commercial and Get Paid.
OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
White Knight Worldwide Media (BMI) and MusicOpps.com are working with a U.S. ad agency to find a replacement track for a Hawai'ian island resort vacation travel campaign. The commercial is targeted towards those looking to escape the winter weather and cabin fever (January thru April). Producers are looking to replace the Beach Boys track "Warmth of the Sun" in feel, tempo, mood/emotion, messaging and tone. Producers are not seeking a cover or re-make of the iconic hit, yet want an original track with a similar emotional takeaway and retro spirit to compliment their island getaway's balmy tropical weather and relaxed atmosphere.Listen to "Warmth of the Sun" here:

The commercial will be promoted as an ad on all major platforms and mobile outlets (YouTube Ad content), and via ad purchase spots for website sales. Ad duration will be no longer than 31 seconds, airing for no longer than 2.5 months (to be archived/available online via YouTube).
Music should be dreamy with a relaxing cadence. Scenes will show white beaches, resort highlights, fine dining, outdoor activities, hammocks, warm sunsets and tropical scenery.
SUBMISSION DATES: Dec 16, 2016 - Jan 25, 2017.
GENRES ACCEPTED:
Open to all genres and cross genres that match the criteria. Instrumentals and vocals welcome.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
-Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in programming.
-Tracks must be appropriate for the supported content.
-Artists or representation must own all copyrights (Master / Publishing)
-No re-titles or third party library submissions.
-No uncleared samples or covers will be considered.
COMPENSATION:
- Budget: Up to $3,500.00 USD for a non-exclusive, one-time license.
- Usage Duration: 2.5 month from first airing.
- Track Length: No less than 90 Seconds. Must work for edits/cut downs.
- Usage: All Media
- Territory: Worldwide
- Agreement: Details & deal memo to be provided upon final track selection in commercial. All agreements will be negotiated via written instrument and mutually agreed upon by all parties involved. Artist/Publishers are guaranteed to maintain and control all rights and will sign their own paperwork. MusicOpps.com does not handle or transact in any of the revenue or artist compensation processes.
*MusicOpps.com does not take a cut of any of the licensing money paid to the artist.
