OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
White Knight Worldwide Media (BMI) and MusicOpps.com are pitching select artists to editors who are working on this season's 2016 NCAA March Madness edits. Music will be used during the games, on highlight reels, pre/post game bumps, intro and outro clips, game trailers, and many other placements across NCAA outlets. These placements will air on national TV, re-air in Canada and are available on dedicated online college basketball sites worldwide.SUBMISSION DATES: Feb 25, 2016 - Mar 21, 2016
*Games start March 15th and run through March 27th. Staff will be pitching for all games leading up to the Final Four (April 2nd).
GENRES ACCEPTED:
High-energy inspirational/motivational "hype" music - Rock, Urban Beats, Hip-Hop, Pop, EDM, Instrumentals, Orchestral, Top-40-style tracks, and remixes.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
-Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in television programming.
-Tracks must be high energy and appropriate for the content that it will be supporting.
-Artists must own all copyrights - please no uncleared samples or covers.

COMPENSATION:
TV Royalties (US and International) plus an option for a one-time upfront sync fee, paid to artist for Master/Pub licensing. Offers are presented by producers after their approval of the track.
If selected, you are guaranteed to maintain all of your rights and will earn royalties from your P.R.O. (Performance Rights Organization) as seen on your quarterly statements. Sync fees may be paid to the artist, on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the producer and depending the usage, popularity, demand of the song. These songs will be exposed to millions of sports fans across the nation and on-screen chyron credit will be given as well as artist web links (where applicable, as determined by the segment editor at the network).
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by MusicOpps.com staff. All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to the television network producers for consideration into their broadcasts. If selected by the producers, MusicOpps.com will then provide the usage agreements and contract information from the network's legal/clearance department directly to the artist to complete the process. Sync fees will be presented and agreed upon by the artist and MusicOpps.com staff before usage (approved via written instrument).
There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the submission fee listed below.
