OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
White Knight Music Group (BMI) and Pulse Records USA are pitching select artists to ad firm execs. High-end London based cosmetics company needs a replacement EDM track for one of their 2015 Ad Campaigns featuring a Billboard-charting female Pop Artist.The track in need must be reminiscent of Daft Punk's "One More Time" or "High Life".
SUBMISSION DATES: January 27th – January 30th, 2015 (End of Business Day - PST)
GENRES ACCEPTED:
EDM, Dance, Pop EDM and all “Daft Punk” sounding music.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in programming.
- Tracks must be high energy and appropriate for the content that it will be supporting.
- Artists must own all copyrights (Master / Publishing)
- No uncleared samples or covers will be allowed.
- Must be non-union. (SAG/AFTRA & AFM)
- Must provide streaming link, MP3 and .WAV file upon request.
TERMS & COMPENSATION:
- Budget: Up to $10,000 USD all-in for a license of both sides (Publishing and Master)
- Usage Duration: 18 months
- Track Length: :30 for ad and up to :60-:70 of same track for “Behind the Scenes” video.
- Usage: All moving media including but not limited to TV, Internet, In-store, and industrial.
- Agreement: Non-exclusive
- If track airs on a non-P.R.O. outlet, no additional fee is payable and that it is permitted by licensors.

Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Pulse Records staff. All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to Ad Firm decision makers for consideration. If selected by the producers, Pulse Records will then provide the usage agreements and further information to complete the process. There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the submission fee listed below.
